You are a one-of-a-kind, bada** human
and that's exactly what you can expect from your bespoke look.
No two bespoke garments are the same and neither is their pricing. Have no fear though, you'll be guided through the whole process with client budget and project pricing being discussed at the beginning of each commission. All clients receive an estimate before we get started too, so you know exactly what to expect.

What the heck is Anti-Trim Pattern Pages?Anti-trim Patterns is a revolutionary idea to ditch the paper scissors for a print-at-home pattern. No trimming. Just overlap, place & tape. Using Either US Letter or A4 our print format works for either paper size. Print all pages at 100% with NO scaling. Tape pages together by overlapping and matching along the page markings. All your pages should print in order but you can refer to the print guide provided in each instructional manual. Check out the how-to video HERE.

Design + Measure1 - 4 weeks after Email Consultation Design: We will spend some time discussing all the design details you want to see on your garment. If you have inspiration images or links please feel free to bring them or share prior to our meeting. Fabrics: Together, we will discuss and select fabrics. If you know or already have preferred fabrics please bring them with you. Furthermore, sourcing for additional fabrics may be required. Measurements: Fully body measurements will be recorded. Please come dressed in clothing that is comfortable and non-bulky.

First Contact4 - 6 months prior to event Email Consultation: Contact via email to info@sewandtellpatterns.com to discuss your design inspirations, timing of your event and budget. Book a Design Consultation: Schedule a 60 minute Design + Measure consultation. This consultation requires a $75 deposit with booking, which will be credited towards your final balance.

Final Fitting2 - 4 weeks before event Last Fitting: This fitting is all about getting one last look before the big day. It is sure to be special, make sure you bring a guest to share the moment! Steaming, a padded hanger and gown bag will be provided for all garments.

Fittings4 months prior to event First Fitting: At your first fitting we will be testing out a "Muslin Garment" which is a simple version of your garment in a low-cost fabric. Here we are testing how things are fitting to make adjustments accordingly. Second Fitting: Depending on the first fitting, this fitting may be a second round of muslin or a base fabric fitting. A base fabric fitting will be the initial structure and design in final fabrics. Third Fitting: The majority of bespoke garments this will be the last fitting before the final fitting. During this fitting additional trims and fabrics will be placed. Occasionally, a fourth fitting will be necessary. All fittings are included. If significant design changes are made during this process by the client resulting in additional fittings, a $75 fee per fitting will be applied. This will be discussed prior for client's understanding and approval.
